• Generator will automatically turn on in event of power outage.
• High terrain location is not in a flood zone. 
  
• Location with long driveway and country road provides peace of mind when traveling with kids and pets.

• Easy Access:  Parking for 1-2 vehicles and on-site EV charging station. 4WD with snow tires is recommended for winter visits.
